last week i requested half amount refund request to my credit card . you said its returned with in 7 days . still now i didn't received . old ticket id is : #67640 . can u help ?

I have followed the download instructions and have the zipped files in my downloads but I cannot open the file I tried to run the whitehatbox program from downloads and go this error:

C:\Program files(x86)\WhiteHatBox\WhiteHatBox.exe

CreateProcess failed; code 740.

The requested operation requires elevation.


I would appreciate some help

Close this notification window, then double click whitehatbox.exe file to run.


Error 740 is not an error, your system does not authorize it to auto launch this app, so you get that notification. We mentioned this part in this tutorial:

@modeone, please contact the support via support ticket at http://support.whitehatbox.com, they will need more information from you to deal with the refund. If you can't contact there, they can't deal with the refund. And also this post will be moved to the right board tomorrow, this board is not for this.
